777ze Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777ze ("Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the online gambling and sports betting services available at https://777ze.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager or engaging with any gaming product offered by 777ze, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 777ze Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 777ze.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on 777ze, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an Account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal, restricted, or prohibited under applicable law at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether imposed by yourself through the Platform's responsible gambling tools or through any third-party exclusion register — at the time of registration.
• You must not be an employee, director, agent, contractor or affiliate of 777ze or any of its associated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be knowingly using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism or engage in any other unlawful financial activity.

777ze reserves the right to carry out age and identity verification checks at any time, including at registration, at the point of a withdrawal request, and at any other time at the Platform's reasonable discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested will result in suspension of Account functionality, including the withdrawal of funds.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the 777ze Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts, the forfeiture of any bonus balances and may result in the withholding of funds pending investigation.

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during the registration process. This includes, without limitation, your legal name, date of birth, email address and any other fields marked as mandatory. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence in some jurisdictions.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password or any other login information with any third party. 777ze will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact support immediately via live chat or at [email protected].

4.3 One Account Per Player

The one-account rule applies regardless of the device, browser, IP address or payment method used. Circumventing this rule through the use of VPNs, proxy services or other technical means to obscure identity is also a breach of these Terms.

To wager on 777ze, you must first deposit funds into your Account using one of the payment methods listed in the Platform's live cashier. Available methods, minimum and maximum deposit limits, processing times and applicable fees are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods available to Pakistani players may include, but are not limited to, bank transfers and digital payment options commonly used in Pakistan, as well as cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT where enabled. Payment method availability is not guaranteed and is subject to the policies of each individual payment provider and applicable regulation.

5.2 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from a payment instrument in your own name. Deposits made on behalf of another person or from a payment instrument belonging to a third party are prohibited. 777ze reserves the right to reverse deposits and suspend Accounts where third-party funding is detected.

5.3 Currency

The Platform presents amounts in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) for player context. Actual currency conversion at deposit or withdrawal may depend on the payment provider used and applicable exchange rates at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the Platform's cashier at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section and Section 5 above. 777ze does not guarantee specific processing timescales and any stated timescales are estimates subject to third-party payment provider performance and verification requirements.

6.1 KYC Requirement

All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of the KYC verification process. 777ze reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until acceptable identity and payment verification documents have been received and reviewed. This is a standard AML obligation, not a discretionary decision.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. Withdrawal limits may differ depending on Account tier, payment method selected and whether any pending wagering requirements have been satisfied.

6.3 Withdrawal to Original Payment Source

In accordance with AML best practice, 777ze will generally process withdrawals to the same payment method and account from which the original deposit was made. In cases where this is not possible, alternative methods will be considered subject to additional verification.

6.4 Incomplete Wagering Requirements

If a Player has active bonus funds subject to a wagering requirement, the real-money balance may be withdrawn but the bonus balance and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus play may be forfeited if the withdrawal is processed prior to completion of the wagering requirement. The specific treatment of bonus funds on withdrawal is set out in the applicable bonus terms.

777ze may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions and other incentives ("Promotions") to registered Players. All Promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer and the general bonus terms set out below.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). Until the requirement is met, bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: A maximum bet per round applies while playing on a bonus balance. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Check the specific bonus terms for the applicable contribution schedule.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Account balance.
• Minimum Deposit: Most deposit-match bonuses require a qualifying minimum deposit. Deposits below the threshold will not trigger the bonus.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses cap the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies to satisfy rollover requirements, the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordinated bonus abuse with other Players — is strictly prohibited. 777ze reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and winnings and close Accounts where abuse is detected.

All wagers placed on 777ze — whether on sports markets (including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 markets, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other events) or on casino products (slots, live casino, table games, crash games) — are governed by the specific game rules applicable to each product, together with this Agreement.

8.1 Sportsbook

Odds are provided in decimal format. Bets are final once confirmed. 777ze reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred. In-play bets are subject to the live odds displayed at the time of acceptance. Settlement of sports bets follows official match results from recognised governing bodies. In case of dispute, the Platform's decision on settlement shall be final subject to the complaints process in Section 16.

8.2 Casino & Slots

All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are determined by game studios and may be displayed within individual game information panels. 777ze does not guarantee any specific outcome or return rate on any individual game session.

8.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the Platform's server records take precedence over the Player's device display. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure attributable to the Platform, the relevant wager will be refunded to the Player's Account. Disconnections attributable to the Player's device or internet connection are the Player's responsibility.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777ze Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other unlawful financial purpose.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with normal human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a known error are void and not withdrawable.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of poker games, sports bets or any other game format.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting or corrupting the integrity of sporting events.
• Accessing the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or while residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Selling, transferring or otherwise alienating your Account or Account balance to any third party.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable local, national or international law or regulation.

All content on the 777ze Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, game content, page layouts and database compilations — is the property of 777ze or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission from 777ze.

The 777ze name and logo are brand identifiers of the Platform operator. Any unauthorised use of these marks — including but not limited to passing off, phishing sites or impersonation — is strictly prohibited and will be pursued vigorously.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from Platform downtime or technical failures.

777ze's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777ze does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk. 777ze is not responsible for any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including illustrative bonus figures, payment method references or sports-betting guidance content.

777ze is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible through Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the maximum amount that may be lost over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Alerts triggered after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Short-term Account access restrictions of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary Account blocks for defined periods or permanently. To initiate self-exclusion, contact support at [email protected] or via live chat on the Platform.

Increases to self-imposed limits take effect only after a mandatory waiting period to prevent impulsive decision reversals. Reductions to limits take effect immediately.

777ze reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of a request.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or collusion.
• A Player's request for voluntary self-exclusion.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

In the event of Account closure for breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money balances not related to prohibited conduct will be returned to the Player subject to completion of KYC verification and applicable deductions.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. The closure process will be completed within a reasonable time. Voluntary closure does not affect the Player's right to withdraw any remaining real-money balance subject to the withdrawal conditions in Section 6.

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated or registered. In the absence of a specific jurisdiction agreement, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the operator's registered jurisdiction, excluding any conflict-of-law provisions that would require application of a different jurisdiction's law.

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, game outcomes or Account matters, Players must first submit a formal complaint to 777ze via [email protected] with full details of the dispute. 777ze commits to investigating all complaints in good faith and responding within a reasonable timeframe. If a resolution cannot be reached through this process, the Player may refer the matter to any applicable alternative dispute resolution body available in the operator's licence jurisdiction.

777ze reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 777ze will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — for example, by displaying a notice on the Platform or sending an email to the address registered on your Account. Minor administrative or clarificatory changes may take effect without specific individual notice.

Your continued use of the 777ze Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease use of the Platform immediately and contact support to initiate a voluntary Account closure.
